Terms of Use — ClipPack

Section 00

Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, signing in to or using the ClipPack app and website (domain clippack.app, package com.ody.clippack), you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Section 01

The service

ClipPack lets stores record, store and look up videos of how each order was packed, as evidence when a dispute arises. Members of the public can enter an order code to watch the packing video for their own order without an account.

Section 02

Accounts

Public lookup: no account needed — just the order code.

Store owners: you register an account yourself, then submit a store application from the app or the web. It may be approved automatically or reviewed by an administrator, depending on the system settings at the time you apply.

Staff: the store owner invites them by email or by link. Only people who already have a ClipPack account can be invited; others need to register first. An unanswered invitation expires after 14 days.

One account cannot be both a store owner and staff somewhere else at the same time. While a store application is awaiting review, you cannot accept a staff invitation until you withdraw the application or it is rejected.

Signing in: with an email and password, or with a Google / Apple account. Accounts created through Google or Apple can set a password later under Account.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account.

Section 03

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Do not record or upload content that breaks the law or infringes the privacy or rights of others.

Do not interfere with, probe or damage the system, or otherwise abuse the service.

Store owners are responsible for the content of their videos and for the permissions they grant their staff.

Section 04

Content & ownership

Videos and order data created by users belong to the store concerned. You grant ClipPack the right to store, process and play back that content in order to provide the service (including letting customers look it up by order code). The ClipPack brand, interface and source code belong to the operator.

Section 05

Video storage

Videos are kept in storage configured by the store owner — Telegram, Google Drive, OneDrive, or ClipPack Cloud if the store has bought storage. How long videos are kept and when they are deleted depends on the owner's settings and on the storage platform's own policies. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Section 06

Public lookup

Anyone holding an order code can watch that order's packing video. Order codes should therefore be shared with care. ClipPack is not responsible if an order code is exposed because a user shared it.

Section 07

Payment

Downloading the app and looking up orders are free. Stores may buy paid plans as listed on the pricing page, in two ways: bank transfer on the web (paid up front per period, no auto-renewal) or in-app purchase through the App Store / Google Play (renews automatically until you cancel). Prices shown in the app are set by the App Store / Google Play according to your region, currency and tax. Cancellation and refunds for in-app purchases follow Apple's and Google's own policies.

Section 07b

Reviewing store applications

An administrator may approve or reject a store application. On rejection, the reason is shown to the applicant and you may correct the details and apply again.

You may withdraw a pending application at any time.

If an email address or the details supplied show signs of fraud, an administrator may block that account from opening a store, including permanently. Being blocked from opening a store does not affect the right to work as staff at another store. Appeals go to support@ody.vn.

A store may be subject to a monthly video quota, counted per calendar month across all branches. Once the quota is used up, no further recordings can be made until the next month begins, or until the store buys a plan that removes the limit.

Section 07c

Locking a store

An administrator may lock a store when a violation is found. While locked, the owner and all staff cannot record or watch videos, and customers cannot look orders up by code either. No data is deleted — unlocking restores everything immediately.

Section 07d

Deleting your account & your store

You can delete your account yourself in the app, under Settings. Store owners must transfer ownership or delete the store before deleting their own account.

Deleting a store removes its branches, staff list, the order-code index of its videos and the public lookup links.

Video files in your own storage are not deleted — Telegram, Google Drive and OneDrive keep every file, and you manage them yourself.

Data is removed from the live system immediately and purged from every backup within 30 days at most.

Section 08

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we find a breach of these Terms or behaviour that harms the system or other users. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

Section 09

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ClipPack is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, from connection outages, or from data loss beyond our reasonable control (for example, caused by a third-party storage platform).

Section 10

Changes to these Terms

We may update this page; the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version.

Section 11

Language

The Vietnamese text is the original. If a translation differs from it, the Vietnamese version prevails.
